How consistent is your movement or physical activity right now? *

A — I move regularly and it feels sustainable — not forced or all-or-nothing.
B — I'm inconsistent. I'll be great for a stretch and then fall off completely.

How do you feel during or after physical activity? *

A — Strong and energized. I feel like my body can handle what I ask of it.
B — It varies. Sometimes great, sometimes I wonder if I'm doing too much or too little.
C — Drained or like I'm fighting my body the whole time.

How connected do you feel between what you eat and how you move? *

A — Very connected. I understand how fueling affects my performance and recovery.

A — I build on it consistently. I've learned how to make habits stick.

C — I go hard, burn out, feel guilty, and repeat the cycle. Every time.

How much do you actually know about your own body and patterns? *

A — A lot. I track or pay close attention to what's working and what isn't.
B — Some. I notice things but I don't have a clear system for understanding them.
C — Not much. I feel like my body is unpredictable and I've stopped trying to figure it out.

When you imagine where you want to be with your health 6 months from now, what comes up? *

A — Excitement and clarity — I have a direction and I'm building toward it.
B — Hope mixed with doubt — I want it, I'm just not sure I'll actually get there. 2
C — Frustration or defeat — I've wanted this for a long time and nothing has worked.
